Rocktober Vendor Rules & Guidelines

• Arrival & Setup 3:30-6:00 PM

  • If you are unsure of your spot you can check in with an employee. Spots will be marked on the pavement.

  • Setup time is from 3:30-6 PM  — no early arrivals.

  • All vehicles must be moved as soon as unloading is completed and no later than 6:00 PM.

  • Booths must be fully set up and staffed by 6:30 pm.

  • Please do not impede the set up of another booth by blocking or parking in their spot.

• Booth Space

  • Stay within your assigned booth boundaries. Do not go into the isles.

  • Keep walkways clear and accessible.

  • No subleasing or sharing booth space without prior approval.

  • All displays, signage, and décor must be safe and secure (no tripping hazards, loose cords, etc.).

• Sales & Conduct

  • Vendors are responsible for their own sales transactions, cash, and card readers.
    

  • Vendors must remain respectful and family-friendly at all times.

• Safety & Compliance

  • All booths must follow fire and safety codes (tents weighted, no open flames unless pre-approved).

  • Food vendors must have current health permits and comply with local regulations.

  • No alcohol, drugs, or smoking in booth areas.

• Tear-Down

  • Vendors may not pack up or leave early (event ends at 9:30 PM).

  • All trash must be bagged and disposed of in designated areas.

  • Booth space must be left clean and free of debris.

• Other Notes

  • If we are rained out, we will still refund your deposit.

  • Adobe Rock is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

  • By participating, vendors agree to follow staff instructions at all times.
