We offer In-Store Pickup, Local Delivery, and Shipping across the United States depending on the nature of each of our products.

All orders for shipping received before 3:00p Mountain Time will be packaged and shipped by the next business day.  You will receive notification by email once your order has shipped.

In-Store Pickup

In-Store Pickup is available Monday through Friday from 7am – 7pm and Saturday 8am – 5pm March through October and Monday through Friday from 8am – 5pm November through February.

To pick up material in the gravel pit, you must have a truck or trailer with an enclosed bed at least 12ft long and must pick up and be able to carry at least 5 tons of material with each load.  Smaller trucks and trailers will be loaded in the landscape yard.

Pickup Instructions for Online Orders

• Order online.
• Bring order # and check in at Adobe Rock office or retail center.
• Pickup should begin within 24 hours of placing the order except for Sunday and be completed within 72 hours. We cannot hold orders for longer than 72 hours.
• If an order hasn’t been picked up within 72 hours, the order will be cancelled and subject to a restocking fee if required.

Local Delivery

We can deliver most of our products to customers within 30 miles of our location.

Local delivery is available Monday through Friday from 7am – 5pm and Saturday 8am – 5pm March through October and Monday through Friday from 8am – 5pm November through February.  While we will do our best to get your order delivered on the day and time you request, the schedule can be very busy from spring through fall and orders will be prioritized by the date the order is received.  Deliveries are also subject to the weather and may be re-scheduled if needed.

Delivery is curbside or placed on your driveway unless you designate another easily accessible location.  Dumping or unloading an order to a location other than curbside or the driveway will be at the discretion of the delivery driver who knows best what he or she can safely do with the truck.

Some municipalities, including Tooele City, have ordinances that prohibit dumping landscape material in the road.  As a result, all deliveries in these cities must be dumped on your property.

After making an order for local delivery, whether on the phone, in person, or online, you will receive a delivery waiver via email.  This waiver must be completed before the delivery is finalized.

Any change or cancellation of an order scheduled for local delivery must be made prior to 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time.  Changes made less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time may be subject to a $35 cancellation fee.

Some large and/or heavy items must be shipped via freight on a pallet.  In these cases, a team member will contact you with a shipping quote within 24 hours of receiving your order.
